ACCON Team Day 2024

Last week the ACCON team got together for our 2024 team day at a venue close to the ACCON HQ in Aldermaston, with personnel travelling from Scotland, Durham and Brighton to attend. The day kicked off with a fascinating presentation on the acoustic and vibration properties of cross-laminated timber from Pliteq, it was great to hear how they are using recycled car tyres to produce their acoustic insolation.

This was followed by presentations from several staff members in their respective areas of expertise. It was great to hear all of these presentations broadening the knowledge and understanding of our multidisciplinary team.
